    Lake Front lives up to its name as one of the luxury vacation home rentals available with Log Gables.  Lake Front is actually four incredible 3,000 sf townhouses with 36 beds, where you can rent one or more as your luxury vacation home getaway. Each of the four 3,000 sf townhouses have stunning views of sparkling Lake Delton from their private balconies making this a perfect lakefront vacation getaway for families, large groups, family reunions and the like.

    The absolute best thing about this home is the wonderful kitchen/ family area with fire place. Enough space to gather everyone for meals, games and family time during a family getaway in Wisconsin Dells.

    We have 4 gazebos with tables at our new grilling area for you to enjoy the peaceful evenings at your special log house on the lake.

    If you enjoy the water then the comfort and convenience of this Lake Delton vacation home rental is perfect for you. Just steps from the entrance, guests will find the boat slips and 4 private piers where you can dock your boat or jet ski during your stay. The public boat loading area is also just steps from the property.

    The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a family feast, or rustle up a quick snack before going out to the many nearby attractions and waterparks. An attached breakfast bar and dining area will provide ample seating for everyone. There is a fully equipped laundry room complete with washer and dryer.

Other Terms

 

Deposits/Payments: We require $500 down payment/deposit due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment or the balance is due a MINIMUM of 4 weeks prior to arrival date.  We will need your credit card number and billing address that is listed for the credit card being charged.  There is a $25 fee if your credit card is declined.  Giving us your credit card for reservations, automatically gives Log Gables permission to charge your credit card for any damage that occurs during your stay.  The individual that places the reservation is also responsible for all individuals in property and pets during your stay at Log Gables properties.

Security Deposits:  Security deposits may be required for larger groups and groups of ages 18-21 years old. Management will inform if security deposit is required.

Cancellations:  If reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date there is NO REFUND.  If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival date there is a $100 cancellation fee. No cancellation refund if booked on ANY special promotion, holiday dates or summer pricing.

Taxes:  Tax is not included in the property rate, the sales and resort tax rate is 12.25% which will be   added to the rate.

WiFi: WiFi is available in all Log Gables properties, log-in and password available at property rented.

Additional Person Charge:  Prices are based on total number of people occupying the property rented.  Additional person charge is $40 per person, per night

Grilling: We do have charcoal grills available at the Lake Front Townhouse, the Log House has gas grill and the Dresser House has both charcoal and gas grills.

No Smoking: ALL Log Gables properties are Non-Smoking. If smoke in our properties or in garage         a $1000 cleaning fee will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card.

Check-Out Time is 10:30 am and Check-In Time is 3 pm

Pet Fee: $200 Per Pet/Per Stay

Parking:  Please be respectful to the NO PARKING signs near the garbage areas.  There is a $200 fine      if Waste Management is unable to service the dumpsters if a vehicle is blocking that area.  Each Lake Front Townhouse is limited to no more than 4 parking stalls for each townhouse and then the 1 car garage so a total of 5 spaces.  Log House guests please park appropriately and not near the garbage area.

Lost Key: If you lose key(s) to Log Gables property you will be charged $100 per key.                        

Grocery List Shopping: $45 shopping fee plus the cost of groceries.   Send us your list and we will       shop for you!  

Damages: Any damages occurring during your stay will automatically be added to your bill and charged to your credit card.  If you find anything broken when you check-in please inform Log Gables within      2 hours of checking into the property.  We do check all properties prior to guests checking-in so it is perfect to our knowledge.  Please let us know if we missed anything.

To Avoid A $200 Cleaning Fee, Before You Leave The Property Please Follow The Checklist Below:

  1. Lake Front Townhouse, take ALL garbage out to the brown fenced garbage bin area located by Lake Front Townhouse Unit 101
  2. Dresser House, take all garbage out to the fenced in garbage area near the driveway
  3. Log House, take all garbage out to the fenced in garbage area 
  4. Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start.  We have provided the dish washing detergent.
  5. If you have moved any furniture, please put it back as you found it.
  6. Keep the outside of property free of debris and trash
  7. Keep the property nice, we provide cleaning supplies, mop, vacuum etc...                              

Maid Service: $50 Basic each day or $100 for Full Service upon request.   We do a complete cleaning after you check out.
