Full payment is due a MINIMUM of 4 weeks prior to arrival.
$399 down payment due at booking for winter/fall/spring and $599 for summer stays.
No cancellation refund if booked on ANY promotion, holiday dates or summer pricing.
We will need your credit card number and billing address to reserve.
Payment plans are available.
There is a $25 fee if your credit card is declined.
No Smoking: There is no smoking inside any of Log Gables properties. If smoking occurs during your stay, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill and charged to your credit card.
Damage: Any damages occurring during your stay will automatically be added to your bill and charged to your credit card.
Giving us your credit card for reservations, automatically gives Log Gables permission to charge your credit card for any damage that occurs during your stay. The individual that places the reservation is also responsible for all individuals and pets during your stay at Log Gables.
Cleaning fees of $200 will be added if garbage is not taken outside, dishes not washed, and/or house is left a mess.
Lost key fee is $50.
